Refund policy

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the cohort start date stated in your enrolment confirmation. Partial refunds may apply between 6 and 2 days before start, as described below.

Timeframe & amounts

• 7+ days before start: 100% of program fee.
• 6–2 days before start: 50% of program fee.
• Fewer than 2 days / after materials unlock: no refund of the program fee, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Refunds require that you have not downloaded restricted worksheet packs beyond the orientation module, unless cancellation is due to a schedule change initiated by Devopsnetworking.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees, custom employer on-site workshops already delivered, and completed Letter Brief sessions are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Refund process

Email info@devopsnetworking.digital with your full name, enrolment reference, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within three business days.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation by Devopsnetworking

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or force majeure may be considered for goodwill credits at our discretion. Statutory rights for consumers in Germany remain unaffected.
