Learner notes
Module 2’s waiver examples matched wording I had already signed in an earlier draft — uncomfortable, but useful. I redlined the next version before HR chased me.
Reply studio felt slow compared with the clause map. I wanted more German sample phrases in the first week, yet the pacing kept me from sending a heated email.
FAQ
Is this legal advice?
No. Devopsnetworking provides educational consultations and programs. Contested dismissals, discrimination claims, and court strategy require a licensed attorney in Germany.
What documents should I prepare?
Your draft agreement, employment contract excerpts on notice and non-compete, and any written deadlines. Redact employer-sensitive attachments if needed.
What is a real limitation of this program?
We cannot compel an employer to improve terms. If the other side refuses to negotiate, the program still helps you document your reasoning — it does not guarantee a better offer.
How do cohorts run?
Five modules across three weeks with two live sessions. Recordings remain available for 60 days after the cohort closes.
